We are so excited to offer our 9th creative arts summer camp for teens and adults of all abilities ages 15 years old and up! Campers will create music, art and dance inspired by a variety of shapes including hearts, circles, diamonds, squares and stars in preparation for a celebratory performance for friends and family on the last day of camp.
Our summer camp is a week-long creative arts experience offered Monday – Friday from 4-6pm daily. This Summer we are offering TWO sessions of camp; one in Mayfield, Ohio and one in Solon, Ohio. Each day of camp begins by participating in the camp theme song. Next, campers are split up into smaller groups of 3-6 campers and each group rotates through 30 minutes of music, dance and art experiences with the support of our team of board certified music therapists, art educators, music therapy interns and student volunteers. Camp ends with all the groups rejoining together to share and review all the fun they had creating music dance and art. After camp each day, campers are sent home with a completed review sheet and art project. On the last day of camp, campers practice their favorite songs, dances and incorporate their art projects in preparation for a final performance for friends and family during the last hour of camp.
